Come by the ECPL for our annual "Back to School" event! This year's theme is: Level Up (Video Games). The event includes food, music, games/entertainment, and a book bag and school supplies giveaway. Children must be present to receive backpacks. Located in the back parking lot. In partnership with East Cleveland City Schools.
