Youth Services Associate
Under general supervision, the Youth Services Library Associate provides General
Reference services to Children/Teen patrons, performs clerical functions, and may
process interlibrary loans. Develops and conducts programs and assists with
maintaining assigned areas of the Children/Teen collection. Work is performed primarily
inside the Library facility. Lifts, moves, and shelves books and other light materials
and equipment. Occasionally required to attend meetings or training sessions outside
of the Library facility.

Full-Time Safety Monitor
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Safety Monitor is responsible for ensuring the East Cleveland Public Library continues its positioning as a significant asset of East Cleveland, OH. The Safety Monitor works with the Facility Manager in creating and sustaining safety standards. The outcome will be the successful and cost-effective maintenance, operation, monitoring, and the ECPL building and grounds. A continuing responsibility is setting quantifiable standards for the effective maintenance of equipment, furniture, flooring, roofing, electrical, heat and air conditioning, water supply, and housekeeping.

Emerging Technology Teen Library Associate
Under general supervision, the Emerging Technology Teen Library Associate provides a comprehensive program of public library services with a focus on technology for teens in grades 6 through 12 and their families through collection development, programming, reference, and readers advisory services, and public relations for the East Cleveland Public Library; performs professional library functions of a responsible nature involving considerable judgment and initiative in designing programs, developing the teen collection, and teen activities; access to sensitive patron information; maintain a high
degree of confidentiality and patron trust; all other related work as required.
